Welcome to the AFP South Carolina Piedmont Chapter website! We are committed to supporting development professionals throughout the Upstate region of South Carolina. Our chapter has over 100 active members, who serve as development directors, fundraising consultants, grant writers, volunteer fundraisers, foundation executives, and other individuals dedicated to fundraising and philanthropy. 

If you are a development professional, a volunteer involved in the philanthropic process, interested in fundraising as a career, or just want to know more about AFP, we welcome you!

The Individual Giving Officer is responsible for initiating, developing and executing long-term philanthropic partnerships to raise funds for the mission of Make-A-Wish South Carolina. Specifically, the Individual Giving Officer is responsible for growing annual revenue generated from individual donors and implementing systems for identification, cultivation, solicitation and gift renewal.
