Welcome to the AFP South Carolina Piedmont Chapter website! We are committed to supporting development professionals throughout the Upstate region of South Carolina. Our chapter has over 100 active members, who serve as development directors, fundraising consultants, grant writers, volunteer fundraisers, foundation executives, and other individuals dedicated to fundraising and philanthropy.

Sep 3 - Annual Fund Manager
The Annual Fund Manager is responsible for initiating, developing and executing long-term philanthropic partnerships to raise funds for the mission of Make-A-Wish South Carolina. Specifically, the Annual Fund Manager is responsible for growing annual revenue generated from individual donors and implementing systems for identification, cultivation, solicitation and gift renewal. He or she executes all individual giving programs for the chapter, including donor clubs, appeals, donor recognition and stewardship, and development and management of leadership giving programs. The position will also identify and manage a portfolio of major gift prospects. He or she researches, applies for, and manages grant opportunities. Preferred candidates will demonstrate an ability to negotiate and close successful partnerships, have knowledge of current fundraising best practices, have demonstrated past fundraising success and possess a strong commitment to the mission, vision and values of Make-A-Wish South Carolina.
